I could not have been more honored when Emily S sent me an email asking me to be her wedding photographer!!! I have known the “other” Emily since she started kindergarten with my Emily almost 19 years ago. Gosh how times has flown! Emily and Reed are high school sweethearts, Reed from Cabot and Emily from Carlisle. I was so excited to “direct the traffic” (as Reed put it) today for these 2. They did an awesome job and I can’t wait until their wedding next February!

Usually my session fee is $150 but you have to purchase prints in order to get the cd. But on May 11, I am offering the session fee and 20-25 edited images on a cd along with an app for only $100. I will also have a hair stylist and make up artist (for additional $) on location as well as a wardrobe selection from Elements and help from a wardrobe stylist. Allison and Bradley are currently residing in Arkansas but are originally from the New Orleans area. They are getting married in NOLA this November but wanted their time here in Arkansas to be documented through some of their save the date photos because they will eventually be moving back to NOLA. Thanks so much for allowing me to be the one to capture you special time here in my beautiful state. Have to say, you won’t find a beautiful waterfall like this in Louisiana or a Clinton Presidential Library!
When Christin contacted me about doing this fun shoot, it was cold and I was worried that we would never get it done in time because we needed the sun and some warm weather. Well, the entire week before, the weather was cold and rainy. But when I saw the forecast for Saturday, YAY, 75 and sunny! Then I decided that a waterfall backdrop would be perfect and it was! Christin’s boyfriend is about to leave for college this fall and she came up with the idea of a calendar of her in 12 different bathing suits to take with him. What an awesome idea! AND, if I had this body, I would so do it too! Victoria Secret models have nothing on this girl!!! |
