Petit Jean Workshop

Glamping at it's finest!  Petit Jean Mountain has some of the most amazing views in Arkansas and YURTS!!!  So what better place to hold a workshop?  After 8 years and at least 20 workshops under my belt,  it is time to share a those things that I have learned with others.  Out of the workshops I have attended, I feel the small ones are the best because there is more time for a little more one on one, so I am limiting this workshop to 8 attendees. Wedding and portrait photography wasn't my goal when I started this business almost 7 years ago.   But I did have a young daughter that was always with me that I did dream of making this a mother/daughter team with.  At the time, Arin was only 11 when I put her first DSLR camera in her hand.  I myself had just learned how to shoot manually so this was like the "blind leading the blind" into the photography world.  Well, little did I know that it was so much easier for a kid to learn manual mode than it was for an adult that had shot automatic for 30 years. New Focus

In February of this year, I finally got to attend the WPPI Convention in Las Vegas.  This had been a dream of mine for the past 4 years but something always got in the way of me getting to go.  In January, I just made up my mind to make it a priority for 2015!  And it didn't hurt that my sister only lives 4 hours from there so I thought we could make a girls trip out of it.
